This lesson focuses on the importance of self-attunement, which is a practice of tuning into and being present with yourself in the energy of love, curiosity and compassion.

Lower Body Resistance Band Workout: Romanian Deadlift
This exercise is the Romanian Deadlift. This an exercise that uses a hinge pattern.
We use this movement when we bend over to pick up something off the floor, and this exercise builds up the muscles in the back of the legs as well as the glutes.
