TNBC is thrilled to share our plans to reopen two more community satellite locations offering free one-hour health education and workout classes next month. The community satellite locations have been closed since March of last year due to the pandemic, and for the locations’ reopening, all coaches have been vaccinated, will be wearing masks, and will continue sanitary cleaning protocols after every class. The classes will begin with a discussion of healthy lifestyle habits and goal-setting techniques followed by a 30-min strength training workout.
Those interested in joining the TNBC classes are highly encouraged to follow current local health guidelines and let trainers know if they have any questions or concerns. For more information on the classes and TNBC’s other programs, individuals can reach out to TNBC’s director of operations, Karen Gillingham at (615) 432-2579 or at kgillingham@tnbcenter.org.
The satellite locations scheduled to reopen next month are:
