5-10 minutes of stretching: get your blood flowing!
4 minutes of breathwork: breathe in as deeply as possible, hold, exhale slowly and repeat
3 minutes of silence and intention: What will you accomplish today? What can you control? What do you need to release?
2 minutes of affirmation: "I am capable." "I am resilient." "I can adapt." "I am powerful beyond imagination."
1 minute of joy: dance, sing, wiggle and shake!
